Job Description
Landscaping company hiring Grounds Maintenance Workers for parks, gardens, and commercial landscapes. Intensive outdoor labor including digging, planting, mowing, and heavy lifting. Work in direct sunlight for extended periods. Early morning starts to avoid peak heat.
Requirements
• Physical fitness for outdoor manual labor
• Willingness to work in direct sun exposure
• Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred
• Knowledge of plants and irrigation beneficial
• Ability to operate lawn equipment
• Punctuality for early morning starts
• Team player
• Basic English understanding
